CARPENTRY & KITCHENS
We are able to provide a comprehensive carpentry service.
- Full kitchen and food technology refurbishment (including specially adapted disabled kitchens) to include all worktops, flooring, electrical and plumbing requirements. Providing a variety of styles, colours and finishes to compliment any design.
- We can provide individually ‘made to measure’ reception desks, worktops, computer stations and storage solutions.
- Doors can be supplied and fitted – both standard, and non-standard (including fire check), which we can have purpose made, in a variety of styles and finishes complete with vision panels if required. Specialist door furniture is also available, from ornate to modern finishes.
- Window and glazing replacement in both wood and UPVC.
FLOORING
Carpets, vinyl, tiling and wood flooring not only enhance a room, but can also provide the safety element required for bathrooms, wet areas, changing rooms and kitchens.
We offer a full range of both standard and safety flooring for WCs, bathrooms and special locations, complemented by a full choice of colours and styles.
We can install non slip treads to external stair treads, and can sand and seal wood block flooring.
We are pleased to advise and discuss all aspects of floor coverings, and cleaning procedures.
CEILINGS & PARTITIONS
- Suspended ceilings can provide an area with an entirely new and modern image, as well as providing a solution where acoustics need to be improved.
- Suspended ceilings can provide a flexible back drop to ever changing lighting requirements, ensuring the correct lux light level is achieved for the application of the area.
- Modern metal stud or timber partitioning can also create ‘new space’ in an existing location.
- These, newly designed, spaces can also incorporate glass partitioning where natural light is limited – the possibilities with new, purpose made components are endless!!
FURNITURE
In partnership with our preferred supplier, we are able to supply only, or supply and install, a full range of traditional and innovative inspired furniture to suit the requirements of offices, science laboratories, food technology, computer suites, art rooms, reception areas, libraries and classrooms.
Furniture can be designed with the flexibility to fit any situation, using purpose made quality products to compliment the area and to provide a modern and usable environment.
An initial early consultation will ensure that your individual requirements for the area to be refurbished can be designed and viewed to make sure every detail is considered.
DISABLED ADAPTATIONS
Meeting the requirements of the current Disability Discrimination Act regulations are an important factor in today’s work place.
We have considerable experience in meeting these requirements, including the formation of disabled entrance ramps (both permanent and portable), doorway and access adaptions, emergency call and door entry facilities.
We also can provide full DDA adapted bathrooms and WC’s designed to meet the individual requirements of the client.
DECORATING
We offer a full range, of internal and external decorating services.
- From individual rooms, full house decoration, conference suites, hotels, offices, individual doors and gates.
- External decorating can be carried out, to both large and small projects, including high level works.
- Void properties fully cleaned and decorated, providing a fast turn around service to ensure continued occupation.
